The BI 310 v2 Cicada is a low-cost beacon designed to track pallets, cargo boxes, and other valuable assets.
The most popular use case is a one-time application for logistics companies that need to verify that their pallets reached their final destination.
There are a few modifications. The regular version uses LBS and Wi-Fi to determine its location, but you can also add a GPS, temperature sensor, and rechargeable battery for long-term use.
For installation, you can use a sticker, plastic clamps, or screws.
