Bitrek GPS covers its products with a 24-month warranty period. However, we can extend this warranty period for specific projects. So pls contact us for more detailed information.
Returning conditions (RMA):
- Warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by improper use, misuse, or another handling that caused mistakes in maintenance;
- Warranty do not cover any other actions that lead to discarding operating instructions or usage in unacceptable conditions (for example, outdoor use of hardware that hasn’t got appropriate case protection level);
- Warranty does not cover issues when our device was used with third-party equipment that is not intended to be used with our hardware. Every particular third-party equipment can be used with our hardware only after approval of Bitrek’s R&D and appropriate integration.
- Products must have been purchased directly from Bitrek GPS sp. z o.o. ( For devices purchased from Bitrek distributors or resellers, please refer to your distributor or reseller’s point of contact for all information on the return of Bitrek’s hardware.)
- Customers are only allowed to return products due to the defective product due to a Bitrek GPS sp. z o.o. manufacturing fault.
- Products must be returned to Bitrek GPS sp. z o.o. designated location within 30 days of receiving your return request (RMA) form.
- Devices returned without prior approval from Bitrek GPS by one-sided decision might not be processed and returned to sender.

- Devices must be packed in the original box;
- Include the device, if possible, include device accessories too;
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items. All returned items should be sent to the following address:
Bitrek GPS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the process of delivery.
According to GDPR, provided private data will be used with care and only for warranty purposes.
